DESCRIPTION

• This product is applicable in pharmaceutical, food, health-care industry; it can count accurately and fill round tablet, shaped tablet, capsules, transparent soft gelatin capsules, pill or other solid drug or granular filling into container.
• High speed. This product has 16 counting channels, 1 filling funnel; the maximum speed reaches 60 bottles per min.
• The machine would give auto-alarm when the bottles are insufficient or the bottles blocked. The machine would pause there. When the problems are solved, the machine can be normal work status again. It doesn't need certain people to watch it at any time.
• Key pneumatic parts, especially integrated solenoid valve and cylinder for closing door are from Japan CKD, to ensure filling accuracy
• You can set the quantity of the drugs (15~9999) on the touch screen. This can monitor the dropping status of drugs on the tracks at any time.

• According to GMP regulation, parts in contact with medicine material are made of AISI316 stainless steel, machine body made of AISI304 stainless steel. Easy to disassemble, convenient to clean and maintain
• The machine has several protection devices, during production, no-man watch is possible
• You just need to change the lifting buttons on the touch screen when changing different height bottles

Feeding unit

Use 3-sep electromagnetic vibrator, frequency is variable, to separate granules rapidly

3-step dust collection design, the dust is removed when granules dropped, to avoid dust contamination

Counting unit

Use IR (infrared ray) dynamic scan technology, good counting accuracy

The IR scan eye has automatic light compensation function; limit warning & shutdown function
