1.Large capacity storage box rack
With the long boxes' feeding shelf design, you can place up to 1000 pcs boxes, the machine will alarm and stop automatically when
the boxes are going to running out.
2.Sensor Identify the box
The box storage shelf will stop to feed boxes once there is no box get detected on the conveyor, which will prevent from the box wasting.
Packing Process:
1,Push box into star wheel.
2,Fold box lower small flap.
3,Press both lower big flaps.
4,Flatten both big flaps.
5,Product fall into box.
6,Fold box upper small flap.
7,Press both upper big flaps.
8,Flatten both big flaps.
9,Product push out.
