Technical Introduction:

The microwave sensor lamp is an active motion detector, the integrated HF sensor transmits high frequency electromagnetic waves and receives their echo, at the slightest movement in the detection zone of the fixture, the sensor detects the change in echo. In this case, a microprocessor triggers the switching command “light on”, Detection is possible through doors, glass panes or thin walls.

NOTE: The high frequency output of the microwave sensor is 0.3 mW---only 1/3000th of the transmitter power of a mobile telephone or microwave oven.

Notes:

1. Disconnect the power supply before any work on the microwave sensor lamp fixture.

2. Install the microwave sensor switch by a qualified electrician or experienced man.

3. Install the microwave sensor switch at position with vibration free mounting.

4. The most reliable way of detecting motion is obtained when you move in the direction of the installed sensor switch and no metal obstacles obstruct the line of sensor vision.
