- Power and gas requirements:
Very important: The power supply must have a reliable grounding and a separate grounding wire. If the power supply does not have a grounding wire, the production cannot be started to avoid static electricity damage to the machine. The grounding resistance is not more than 4 ohms to ensure the safety of personnel.
A. The power supply requires three-phase 380V±5%, 120A or more; (If the customer's power supply is unstable, a three-phase 380 voltage stabilizer of 160KVA or more must be installed.)
B. A three-phase air switch above 160A should be installed at the input end of the regulated power supply, and the main air switch should be 160-200A.
C. Air (or nitrogen) for cutting with a pressure of not less than 2.0MPa must be a pure gas that has been cold-dried and filtered, otherwise it will damage the lens of the cutting head and affect the quality and effect of cutting.
