How to use
1. Mixing: Recommended ratio A component: B component = 10:1, operating time is 25 minutes, operating time is 60 minutes. If it is necessary to speed up or slow down the curing speed, the amount of the B component can be increased or decreased within 15%.
2. Stirring: Use a power tool or other mixing tool to stir well. After mixing evenly, the colloid is gray. If the color is too light or too deep, it is necessary to continue stirring until uniform.
3. Paste: Spread the mixed hollow glass evenly before the glass and aluminum alloy, and ensure that the substrate is tightly packed and free of air bubbles.
4. The surface temperature of the substrate exceeds 40 degrees Celsius, which is not suitable for construction.
5. The compatibility test of the pasting material is carried out before use, and the construction can be carried out after passing the test.
6. The substrate should be kept clean and dry during construction.
