Car Windshield Polyurethane Sealant UV Automotive Windshield Adhesive
One-Part Black Color And Easy To Apply Cold Application Polyurethane Windscreen And Windshield Adhesive
Junbond® JB-16 is a one-component polyurethane adhesive-sealer for pasting windshields where an increased safety guarantee is not required. It is used for fixing the front, rear and side windows to the bodies of cars, vans, railway transport and special purpose vehicles.
Polyurethane sealants are available in the market with the following names; Polyurethane construction sealant, polyurethane sealant, non-staining polyurethane sealant, UV resistant PU sealant, bubble-free polyurethane sealant and modified silicone sealant.
Junbond® JB-16 Windshield Polyurethane Sealant an isocyanate-free, high modulus, non conductive, thixotropic, single component modified polyurethane adhesive, which polymerizes rapidly under the effect of atmospheric moisture. It has been specially designed for bonding of fixed glass in automotive repair.

General information:
Application Areas:
- Body construction of cars Polyurethane sealants
- Sealing and bonding of ventilation ducts, gutters and spouts etc.
- Sealing of sheet metal seams
- For vibration reduction in all type of sheet metal assembly works
- Sealing against water, air, gas and dust.
Polyurethane sealants with Shore A hardness of 45 and above are referred to as adhesive sealants. They have high surface adhesion and low flexibility. Especially in automotive industry used in the manufacture of vehicles, in the repair of auto glass, in the sealing of metal structures such as containers and trucks, in the manufacture and installation of air conditioning in HVAC systems, in order to reduce vibration and provide sealing in metal sheet joints.
