It is characterized by 30 feeder stacks, support for Yamaha pneumatic feeders, electric feeders, and stick feeders with tubular components, 4 heads capable of 360-degree rotation, automatic correction to pick components, automatic positioning through recognition of Mark Point, and integrated operation with built-in industrial computer.
Besides, the X and Y axes of CHM-T530P4 are driven by high-voltage stepping motor. And its Z axis is capable of reset detection.
CHM-T530P4 possesses the capability to mount small components with 0402 as the minimum one.
