- Auxiliary feeding and side pressing unit: It is specially equipped for narrow panel edge banding. The feeding will be convenient, safe and efficient.
- NC controlled lifting press beam, reduce labor intensity, improve efficiency and accuracy.
- With panel edge pre-heating unit.
- Gluing system 1:EVA glue fast melting + upper glue pot gluing system, reserved PUR glue port.
- Gluing system 2: down EVA gluing system.
- l Two sets of servo controlled tape feeding system. It reduces time of changing tape to improve efficiency. The feeding is precise. Every cutting can save around 15mm tape.
- Five wheel pressing. 5 iron wheels+ glue scraper device for wheel. It can improve the adhesion and remove glue on wheels.
- l Harden gear conveyor reducer is strong and powerful.
- Two sets of pneumatic avoidance scraping.
- l Two-rail three motors end cutting can keep a small plate distance, and reduce the end size range.
