- No guide panel pre-milling can process 6cm narrow end stably.
- Special pre-milling device for narrow end ≥40mm
- Auxiliary feeding of narrow side end: It is specially equipped for narrow-side ends edge banding. The feeding will not be off-track, and the feeding will be convenient, safe and efficient.
- Narrow side automatic side pressing device: Specially equipped for long panel with narrow side edge banding. The feeding will not be off-track, and the feeding will be fast and safe.
- NC controlled lifting press beam, touch screen control, reduce labor intensity, improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Gluing system: 1: with two-color free of clean PUR glue pot and two-color glue tank; 2: down EVA gluing system.
- Two sets of servo controlled tape feeding system: every cutting can save around 15mm tape.
- Six wheel pressing. 5 iron wheels+ 1 silicon wheel with pressing glue removed device. It can improve the adhesion and remove glue on wheels.
- Harden gear conveyor reducer is strong and powerful.
