Transmission and core components
1. It adopts a precision gear rack transmission. The rack precision is DIN6, and it is ground by a precision grinder. High precision, no special refueling, and maintenance are required.
2. CNC drill package is produced by Taiwan Puten (HOLD brand), and it also adopts high-grade grinding gear transmission with high accuracy.
3. Two clamp hands are controlled by Servo for accurate positioning. When the gripper moves quickly, the lower gripper plate sinks to avoid touching the plate. The gripper can be equipped with an optional blowing function, which can blow off the dust on the gripper and avoid pinching the plate.
