Two single side edge bander + One double side edge bander + Gantry robot loading and unloading 

Features 

1. For some mass productions, the product need high end finishing, for example--The sideboards or the top panels and bottom panels, three sides of those board just need 0.5mm edge banding, only one side just need the 1.0mm ~1.5mm edge banding, just because only one side will visible to the final user,  for that point, we just need one high-quality finish edge banding put in the production line. that's why we have edge banding line like this. 

2. Double edge bander will finish the 0.5mm edge banding which means it will go faster. 

3. Feeding and unloading configured with the gantry robot system to reduce the labor cost, also the production line will more stable and consistent. 

4. The edge bander configuration and total length of the line depend on the side of the product and quality request.

2. How long is your delivery time?
For our standard model, the delivery time is around 1.5~2 months. For the customized model, the delivery time is around 2~3 months. It depends on the client's project and quantity.
