This model is our new research mahcine in our company. It can handle cardboard. It also can groove two directions of cardboard which be finished at one time. Equipped with special knife grinder,easy operating and setting. We can groove cardboard 30m/min.
The LS-1200C is in the first step of rigid box making, which are core to the products appearances.
Main Features
1) Simple structure in linear type ,easy in installation and maintation.
2) Adopting advanced world famous brand components in pneumatic parts ,electric parts and operation parts.
3) High efficiency: The speed of manual feeding can be 15000pcs/8 hours.(20×20cm).
4) High accuracy of grooving: This machine applies new conveying system, the belt will conveyor the cardboard into the grooving section by pressing the cardboard against a drum with 60cm in diameter, which ensure the high accuracy and high speed.
5) Apply a linker to connect with the air conveyor ,which can directly inline with filling machine.
