    LS-1246G Automatic multi-functional rigid box machine is an convenient for factory has box and hardcover orders. It including the box corner pasting, paper gluing, box&case positioning, box wraping and pressing at one time.

    This machine has applied visual positioning for easy and high accurate positioning. This machine are suitable for the orders more than 1000 pcs. It has a big wide size working range. Max box length is 600mm, max box height is 400mm, max height is 130mm. LS-1246G are OK to positioning the hardcover as it equipped with case feeding device. Max feeding cardboard pcs are five pcs.

    The LS-1246G is best choice for rigid box, book-type box,cardboard box, cosmetic box, ring box, shoe box, lip and bottom box, jewelrry box, phone box prodcution.

Gluing parts

Visual positioning system. Applied the double basler camera. Robotic arm to positioning the box on the glued paper.  

 

 

Forming part. Applied the box picker to feeding box to puching rod. It can using the wooden mold and plastic mold.
