LS-450plus is a multi-function visual positioning machine. It is able to positioning the rigid box and hardcover. also can do paper lining, one machine with many functions, and the working model is able to be changed by one button. The visual positioning system is able to be upgraded. Moreover, this machine also can be upgraded to an automatic line in the future if needed.

Hardcover feeding device: 

1. "Motor forward and reverse button" is to control the forward and reverse rotation of the motor to drive the rotation of the "belt" so as to control the forward and backward movement of the "ash-feeding board cutter bar" to achieve the purpose of feeding the hardcover.
2. The function of the "blade" is to drive the hardcover to a position that can be accurately positioned by the robot arm. Each "middle pallet" is generally equipped with a "blade" whose position can be adjusted by loosening the locking countersunk screw.
3. The "side pallet" can be installed with a "side baffle" to limit the left and right movement of the gray board. To adjust the "side pallet", you can turn the hand wheel to make the two sides of the "side baffle plate" close to the gray board. The four "push rods" are respectively assembled on four "middle pallets". The adjustment of the "middle push plate" can be done by loosening the "counter head screw" and moving the "push rod" according to the actual width of the hardcover to make the "counter head screw" move to the proper position along the "T-slot rod".
4. The "stop block" serves to fix the gray board in place to prevent the gray board from retreating. The "stop block" can be completed by loosening the screw that locks the "push cardboard", move the "pushing plate" position, and then tighten the screw.
