Introduction:

It can finish paper gluing and pasting case/ hardcover on the glued paper automatically, which is widely used for rigid box making, book cover making, paper lining and even album, game board making.

- The gluing part(Paper gluing):Separate the paper sheet, apply glue on the paper evenly through the roller, and then transport the finished face paper to the box positioning part by the conveyor belt.
- The positioning part(Box positioning):The manipulator is used to grasp the hardcover (or box), and the camera is used to accurately position the hardcover (or box) on the glued paper.
- The hardcover part(Hardcover feeding):The rotation of the belt is driven by the rotation of the motor to indirectly drive the blade movement on the blade bar of the ash feeding board to transport the ash board to the position where the manipulator grasps the shell.
