Automatic premium ring box pressing machine for fully automatic rigid box making line

The box pressing machine is applied to pressing the box bubble out and make the surface smoothly. It is be widely need in the fully automatic rigid box making machines.

This product uses bubble extrusion on the side of the box. It can automatically press 5 surfaces, thus realizing high efficiency, high precision, high return and low cost. This machine is simple to operate, easy to debug, is the most ideal slotting equipment.

Machine Movement
Use lifting tools or forklift to unload the machine, fork into the machine base which is between ground and foundation bolt. Taking any other ways to move the equipment is not allowed.

Use skid proof material in the lifting area to avoid machine damage.
In the movement, the machine shouldn’t be crashed, knocked or accelerated dropped.

Setting
Keep the machine balance in the same level, then fasten the foundation bolt. Check machine balance.

Daily maintenance
Clean up the machine everyday as appropriate. When cleaning the machine,please use vacuum cleaner or clean rags. Apply some cleanser on the clean rags to remove the dirty spot and scrub the machine.
Machine maintenance personnel must have a professional level, maintenance personnel for equipment maintenance, must cut off all the power supply equipment.

Routine maintenance

Cleaning
Machine cleaning cycle should be once per shift (8 hours), can be arranged according to the actual situation.
When cleaning the outside of the machine, it is recommended to use a vacuum cleaner or a clean cloth; If there are dirty parts, you can use alcohol or odourless , non-foam solution of scale remover to drop on a clean cloth to wipe the equipment.
