Model: 92 BLDC ceiling fan motor. Emitter and Signal Receiver can be also provided as one set.
Brushless DC motor uses electronic communtation instead of mechanical steering. Compared with Brush DC motor, it has long working life and eliminates mechanical steering's noise, sparks and electromagnetic interference and so on. It is of great convenience and reasoning to control motor's performance. It can be mainly divided into two parts, motor and circuit control. Motor is composed of rotor which its main component is permanent magnet and of stator which its main component is silicon steel sheet and copper wire.
Brushless Direct Current Motor is a type of energy-saved motor. It owns following characteristics:
1. High efficiency:
In general, the efficiency of single-phase AC motor is under 30% , but the efficiency of single-phase DC motor is above 40%.
2. Easy control the speed:
Using PWM to control the speed and obtain linear deviation.
3. Soft start-up ( Lower start-up current):
Decreasing the start-up current to reduce the damage for matching system.
4. High reliability and long life:
Using high tech bearing system to ensure high reliability and long life.
5. Wide temperature range:
Operation temperature : -10~+80°C(5~95% RH),
Storage temperature: -40~+85°C(5~95% RH)
6. Speed feedback and alarm function:
System can easy read real time revolution and give alarm signal when rotor stops.
