Single Phase Shaded Pole motor is mainly composed of core, primary and secondary windings, rotor, stator and bobbin. Secondary winding is the short-circuiting ring, producing magnetic potential and forming a rotating magnetic field in the air gap. Rotor is made up of core and squirrel cage conductor. The function of squirrel cage conductor is to induce current and electromagnetic torque, realizing the conversion of electricity and motion energy.
This is one kind of shaded pole motors, mainly applied in built-in oven or stand oven products. It is flexible in stack thickness, shaft dimension, bearings and fitting dimensions.
