This kind of pump motor is composed by shaded pole motor with piston pump. Most of the parts are produced by our own factory- stack stamping, die-casting, motor shaft, plastic part injection. In this case, we can shorten the lead time and gurantee the parts' quality.
Single Phase Shaded Pole motor is mainly composed of core, primary and secondary windings, rotor, stator and bobbin. Secondary winding is the short-circuiting ring, producing magnetic potential and forming a rotating magnetic field in the air gap. Rotor is made up of core and squirrel cage conductor. The function of squirrel cage conductor is to induce current and electromagnetic torque, realizing the conversion of electricity and motion energy.
