1.Main purpose and scope of application

Automatic CO2/MAG auto welding machine is adopted with imported programmable controller (PLC) as the core of the control system from Japan instead of traditional relay logic control circuit, which improves equipment reliability scope and work efficiency greatly.

The machine uses CO2, Ar + CO2 gas, Ar + CO2 + O2 etc. as the welding protective gas or uses drug core welding wire + CO2 as protective welding method. With φ1.0～φ1.2mm H08Mn2SiA welding wire ,it can complete the flat ring welding and the angle of inner (outer) girth welding for the hydraulic oil cylinder, fire equipment, belt conveyor roller, automobile drive shaft rotary.

The welding process of the machine is automatic.This type of automatic welding machine is our company’s finalized product with high degree of automation, high efficiency and high welding quality, and it also greatly reduces the labor intensity of welders.
