TKII6304 double‑layer sealing ring is specially engineered for TKII6304 bearing housing of conveyor idler. The seal set consists of inner seal ring and outer seal ring, both made of high‑quality ABS material.

Fitted between bearing and bearing seat, it effectively blocks fine dust, gravel powder and sundries from entering inside the bearing. It prevents bearing abrasion caused by external contamination, greatly lengthens bearing service cycle.

Mainly applied to mining ore conveying equipment. Cooperated with bearing and bearing seat, it supports stable rotation of conveyor idlers, ensures smooth operation of ore belt conveyor. Multiple alternative sizes for TKII6304 bearing series are available.
