TKII6306 combined seal rings are supporting spare parts for TKII6306 bearing housing. The inner and outer seal rings are injection‑molded of high‑strength ABS material, assembled together to fit matched bearings perfectly.

Installed on conveyor rollers of ore transportation equipment in mining industry. The double‑layer sealing structure blocks mineral dust, fine gravel and humid moisture from entering bearing interior during long‑time continuous operation. It prevents bearing rusting, sticking and abnormal wear, slows down component loss, ensures smooth rotation of conveyor rollers, and keeps the whole belt conveyor working steadily.

Various seal structures are optional for TKII6306 bearing housing to fit different assembly gaps. Custom logo marking is available. We also offer OEM service, producing non‑standard seals strictly according to customer drawings.
