Product Introduction

TKII6307 combined seal rings are matched accessories for TKII6307 bearing housing. The inner and outer seal rings are made of high‑rigidity ABS plastic. After combined installation, they fit tightly with matched bearings.

These seals are widely applied in material conveying system of mining industry and installed inside conveyor rollers. Under long‑term continuous working conditions, the double‑layer sealing structure isolates mine dust and ambient moisture from entering the bearing cavity. It avoids dust accumulation and oxidation rust inside bearings, reduces friction loss of parts, ensures steady rotation of rollers, stabilizes operation of conveyor belt and cuts daily maintenance work.

Multiple structural styles of seals are optional for different installation conditions of TKII6307 bearing housing. Custom marking is supported. We also undertake non‑standard customization according to customers’ drawings to fit various mining conveying equipment.
