Product Introduction

This DTII6205-133 bearing housing is manufactured from premium SPCC cold rolled steel with a 46mm overall depth. We adopt a complete seven-step stamping production workflow to guarantee outstanding structural precision. The whole production flow includes blanking for circular rough blank forming, three-time deep drawing, shaping for roundness and flatness correction, trimming to remove excess metal burrs, and center hole punching for bearing installation. Every finished housing features smooth surfaces without sharp burrs, stable dimensional tolerance and excellent structural toughness for long-term heavy-load service.

Application & Matching Parts

It is specially designed to assemble on both ends of conveyor idler rollers, matched with bearings and labyrinth seals together. Widely deployed on mineral transportation belt conveyors, resisting dust and impact from mine raw materials to extend the whole roller service life.
