This DTII6305-108 stamped bearing housing is fabricated from premium SPCC cold rolled steel with a 49mm integral depth, finished via seven strict forming processes including blanking and multi-stage drawing. Every piece goes through shaping, trimming and punching procedures to achieve precise roundness, smooth burr-free edges and stable dimensional tolerance.

Designed to be mounted on both ends of conveyor rollers, it matches perfectly with matched bearings and labyrinth sealing assemblies. The solid SPCC metal structure delivers outstanding wear resistance and anti-deformation performance, extending the whole roller service cycle under harsh mining dust, gravel and heavy-load transport conditions.
