Model: DTII6306‑194 stamped bearing housing, manufactured from premium SPCC cold‑rolled steel with 51mm housing depth. Produced through seven precise stamping processes including blanking, multi‑stage drawing, reshaping, trimming and piercing, ensuring good roundness, flat dimension accuracy and burr‑free surface finish.

This bearing housing is assembled with seals and bearings and mounted on both ends of conveyor idler rollers. Built for heavy‑duty continuous operation, it delivers reliable service life under harsh mining conveying conditions.
