DTII6307-108 Conveyor Roller Bearing Housing SPCC Steel Bearing Seat For Mining Belt Conveyor.

This DTII6307-108 bearing housing is manufactured from premium SPCC cold rolled steel with a depth of 53mm. It is shaped through seven precise production processes: blanking, first drawing, second drawing, third drawing, shaping, trimming and punching.

Strict shaping operation guarantees excellent circularity and flatness of the part. Trimming removes excess material for neat outer edges, while punching forms central assembly holes. The finished bearing housing features smooth surfaces free of burrs, with reliable structural stability.

Installed at both ends of conveyor rollers together with bearings and sealing components, this bearing seat delivers long service life under continuous operation. Widely adopted for mining bulk material transportation and belt conveyor systems.
