1. Main purpose and scope of application
The device is belt conveyor roller chamfer on both ends of the steel pipe cutting, which is a completion of special equipment, and does not need auxiliary processing after chamfer cutting. Its precision can satisfy the requirements of the roller tube being applicable to domestic and foreign production of belt conveyor roller steel pipe cutting processing. In addition to the feeding, the process includes feeding, positioning, clamping, chamfering, and cutting, which is automatically on the device. The adjustment is simple, reliable, high degree of automation, using hard alloy cutting machine,and high work efficiency. The equipment adopts the advanced programmable controller (PLC) as core of control system imported from Japan . It uses advanced non-contact switch with accurate and reliable action. It is applicable to bulk specialized production.
2. Application conditions
This machine can be used in the situation with all kinds of aggressive medium and no dust. The processed pipes should be removed floating rust.
