1. Main uses and scope of application

The product is a special equipment for centering chamfer on both ends of the belt conveyor roller milling face. This equipment is development after pipe chamfer cutting machine, hole turning machine and welding machine for conveyor industries.

The machine adopts a v-shaped block, using cylindrical positioning, hydraulic clamping, double end processing at the same time, and completes axial positioning, surfacing cutting, center hole processing and shaft end chamfer process. It’s positioning accurately and clamping reliable, so it has the character of easy handling and operation, good precision, high production efficiency, etc.

The control system adopts Toshiba programmable controller (PC) and domestic advanced non-contact proximity switch, and the superposition valve system adopts domestic advanced hydraulic, so it’s with quick and accurate action, stable and reliable performance, low failure rate, to further ensure the roll shaft end face, center hole machining to work with high quality and high efficiency
