ZSC-V Biological Air Sampler is a high effective air sampler that is designed according to the principle of multi jie holes particle impact and isokinetic sampling.

ZSC-V Biological Air Sampler has an unique structure, and is controlled by computer boards.The instrument samples by noise pump and its sampling head is made by SS304, which is suitable for various ways to disinfect.

Microbiological air sampling in cleanrooms and other controlled environments usually requires the sampling of large volumes of air (at least 1 m3). The 100 LPM flow rate provides a critical element in both the velocity and impaction of the sample, and therefore the accuracy of the results.

• Soak medical absorbent cotton in 75% ethanol, and use it to swab air sampler surface, Petri dish pedestal and sampling head etal.
• Start the sampler and let it work not less than 5 minutes, making above mentioned disinfector residue evaporate.
• According to cleanliness requirements to set sampling parameters, then put Petri dish (with medium) inside, & cover the multi-hole sampling head.
• Put the air sampler on flat surface 0.8-1.5m above the ground, and then start it begin sampling.
