Double Ball Glass Objective Cemented Telescope Lens 1.5-300mm Diameter Achromatic Optical Design
This optical telescope doublet achromatic lens features a double ball glass objective design with double sapphire welding cemented construction. The cylindrical lens with convex surfaces and square volume transforms transmitted plane waves into cylindrical waves, or converts original cylindrical waves into plane or spherical waves, effectively correcting ocular astigmatism.
Also known as an achromatic lens, this cemented lens is formed by bonding two single lens elements. The multi-color (white light) imaging performance significantly exceeds that of single lenses. By combining two different glass materials, the achromatic lens corrects glass dispersion, eliminating chromatic aberration issues. This makes it ideal for multi-color lighting and imaging applications while improving cost-effectiveness.
