Product Description:
Polyester Woven Multifilament Geotextile are high strength woven geotextiles manufactured by weaving high tenacity polyester filament yarns into a dimensionally stable network.
PET woven geotextile is used for the subgrade stabilization of road, embankment, and railway construction, where shear failure occurs in only one direction. This fabric especially minimizes the soil behavior by using the straining function in the direction where shear failure takes place.
Woven geotextiles are fabricated to help extend the life of roadways. With qualities such as high tensile strength and low elongation, they successfully reduce rutting while also providing dimensional stability and load distribution. Woven geotextiles’ primary functions include separation/stabilization and soil reinforcement, making them ideal for road construction over soft soils and embankment stabilization applications.
