Product Description:
The geotextile that our company made is a new type of construction material is made from polyester or polypropylene in random directions and punched together by needles for civil engineering project in our country. It includes 2 types: short filament and filament fibers. Our geotextile is laid into nets by different machines and technologies, and then interweaved within different fibers by needling punched and other special spunbond processes.
This makes the fabric plump, soft, stiff and thick to meet different thickness's requirements. According to the length of yarn, it can be divided into filament and short non-woven geotextile.
Filament geotextile needle punched together to get the stable 3D with highter tensile strength fabric so the tensile strength of filament is higher than that of short one. Because the fiber is soft and has a certain tear resistance, meanwhile, it has a good function of sewage filtration, reinforcement and water filtration. Specifications range from 100 g/㎡ to 800 g/㎡. The main material is polyester fiber, with superior water permeability, deformation adaptability filtration, durability, deformation adaptability and plane drainage capacity.
