Product Description:
FUYUN produced GCL (bentonite waterproof geosynthetic clay liners) produced also named bentonite composite waterproof blanket or pad. The bentonite waterproof blanket has four layers. The upper and lower layers are geotextiles playing the role of reinforcement and protection, so that it has a certain overall puncture strength and tensile strength; The middle layer is sodium bentonite using natural clay mineral inorganic as materials. Its advantages includes: high water absorption capacity and high expansibility, and low water permeability being wet; The bottom layer is a thin HDPE geomembrane being for anti-seepage.
The bentonite waterproof blanket processed by advanced needling steps. This step can make the coarse fiber pass through the bentonite from the upper geotextile and fix it on the lower geotextile. Because bentonite is inorganic material, its durability is better than that of organic waterproof material, our bentonite waterproof blanket can be applied under extreme low temperature (-20℃), but the traditional waterproof material cannot be constructed under that temperature.
