Product Description:

FUYUN geocell is a three-dimensional mesh cell structure formed by reinforced HDPE sheet material and welded by high strength. Generally made by ultrasonic needle welding. Due to engineering needs, some punch holes in the diaphragm. The HDPE geocell is three dimensional, honeycomb like structures manufactured from high density polyethylene and jointly welded by ultrasonic technique. The geocell is a mesh cell structure formed by high strength HDPE or PP copolymer broadband, after strong welding or riveting. It is flexible to fold during the transport and installation on construction site. The geocell nets will be filled with soils, granular, cements or other on-site infill materials when stretched into web structures, which has powerful and rigid confinement in the lateral and vertical sides.

It is retractable, and can be folded up in transportation, when the use of the expansion and filling of soil, stone and concrete, with a strong lateral constraints and stiffness of the structure. It can be used as a cushion to increase the bearing capacity of soft foundation, and laid on the slope to form a slope protection structure, and also can be used to build retaining structure.

• Load Support: Cellular Confinement Systems have been used to improve the performance of both paved and unpaved roads by reinforcing the soil in the subgrade-base interface or within the base course. The effective load distribution of geocell creates a strong,stiff 3D cellular mattress which can reduce vertical differential settlement into soft subgrades, improves shear strength, and enhances load-bearing capacity, while reducing the amount of aggregate material required to extend the service life of roads.
• Ground Stabilisation: Cellular Confinement Systems strengthen the aggregate infill, thereby simultaneously enabling the use of poorly graded inferior material for infill as well as reducing the structural support layer thickness.Typical stabilisation applications include reinforcement of base and subbase layers in flexible pavements, including: roads, railway substructure and ballast confinement; working platforms in intermodal ports; airport runways.
