Geomembrane Hot Wedge Welding Machines are also called Hot Air Welding, Hot wedge welders, Membrane Hot Wedge Welder. SWT-NS series geo-membrane welding machine is our new developed products, which can weld geo-membrane of various thickness and are applicable for welding of all thermal-fused material such as LDPE, PVC, HDPE, EVA, PP and so on.Hot Wedge Welder is small, light, high welding efficient. This hot wedge welder is available for welding HDPE, LDPE ,EVA ,PVC, ECB, PP and other hot melt materials.
The hot wedge welder controller adopts PID control, small temperature fluctuation, and automatic constant temperature control. The speed control uses a PWM automatic voltage regulation speed circuit. With DC servo motor drive, a large output torque and nailing performance when walking. In the case of vertical crawling and road loads, a constant speed can be maintained. Despite the changes in external temperature and voltage, the welder's performance is still stable.
