With its high power, high speed and pressure, it welds 1.0mm-3.0mm thickness hot melting materials such as HDPE,LDPE,PVC,EVA,ECB,PP and other hot melt materials. This machine is specially designed for water conservancy, aquaculture, landfills, chemical mining, sewage treatment, roof constructions and other waterproofing projects.

Geomembrane Hot Wedge Welding Machine is one of many welding equipment.The main welding objects: HDPE, PE-C, PP, LDPE. Groove surface geomembrane, anti-seepage film; mechatronics design, small size, light weight, field site. The operation has good operability. Double welding seam overlap welding, high temperature control accuracy, high welding strength, good sealing effect, the middle is the leak detection weld bead, automatic crawling can achieve slope, vertical, inverted automatic welding.
 

The hot wedge welder controller adopts PID control, small temperature fluctuation, and automatic constant temperature control. The speed control uses a PWM automatic voltage regulation speed circuit. With DC servo motor drive, a large output torque and nailing performance when walking. In the case of vertical crawling and road loads, a constant speed can be maintained. Despite the changes in external temperature and voltage, the welder's performance is still stable.
