Product Description:

The geotextile that our company made is a new type of construction material (virgin polyester chips) for civil engineering stipulated by the state. It has 2 types: filament  and short filament fibers. Our geotextile is laid into nets through different equipment and processes, and then interweaved with different fibers through needling punched and other special spunbond processes, so as to make the fabric standardized.

This makes the fabric soft, plump, thick and stiff to meet the requirements of different thickness. According to the length of yarn, it can be divided into filament non-woven geotextile and staple non-woven geotextile.

Filament geotextile punchs together to get the stable 3D with highter strength fabric so the tensile strength of filament is higher than that of short geotextile. Because the fiber is soft and has a certain tear resistance, meanwhile, it has a good function of sewage filtration, water filtration and reinforcement. Specifications range from 100 g/㎡ to 800 g/㎡. The main material is polyester fiber, with superior water permeability, filtration, durability, deformation adaptability and plane drainage capacity.

* Geotextile is used as a separating (filtering) layer between soil and fill materials (sand, gravel, chippings, etc);

* Applied to reinforce beds of dirt collectors acting at the same time as filters and substituting for a sand layer;
* Prevents soil particles get into drain systems (basement and flat roofs drainage);
* While tunnel construction geotextile protects insulation coating from damages, forms a drain layer, drains away ground and storm waters;
* Geotextile acts as a filter under bank reinforcement;
* Applied as heat and acoustic insulation.
