Product Description:
Steel-Plastic Weld Geogrid With high strength steel wire (or other fiber), through special processing, and polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), and adding other additives by extrusion become composite high strength tensile band, and surface roughness is embossed, high strength reinforced geotextile. Welded Geogrid are warp knitted PP PE materials welded geogrid, it use PP PE as raw materials,through extruding to be rib belt which with very high tensile strength,then the belts warp knitted and welded by Ultrasonic welding machine to make it have high tensile strength in both Longitudinal and Transverse direction. This products mainly used for Soil stabilization,road sub-base reinforcement,aggregates confinement and improving the performance of road anti-pressure ability.
The material has great tensile strength in both longitudinal and transverse directions. This kind of structure can also provide a more effective bearing and diffusion of force in the soil, which is suitable for the reinforcement of large area permanent bearing foundation.
It also has high tensile strength and low elongation on both sides of the warp and weft, and has excellent properties such as high temperature resistance, low cold resistance, anti-aging and corrosion resistance.It is widely used in the reinforcement of asphalt pavement, cement pavement and subgrade, railway subgrade, dam slope protection, airport runway, sand control and other projects.
