Product Description:

Hot Air Extrusion Welding Machine is our new developed products,which can weld geomembrane of various thickness and are applicable for welding of all thermal-fused material such as LDPE,PVC,HDPE,EVA,PP and so on.
 

FUYUN plastic extrusion welder pioneered the use of the function of double independent heating systems, digital display controller (JIT-603& JIT-613), 360-degree rotating welding head, motor cold start protection, which is applicable to welding PE,PP,HDPE and other hot melt materials.
It can be used for narrow gap welding and corners welding where are hard to reach.

Tips:
a. Preheating 3-5 mins and make previous welding flux soften, then using tools to pick out the softened flux before starting work.
b. This Hand Extruder is welded with PE/PP/HDPE welding rod Φ3.5-4.5mm, the welding speed is 1.8-3.6Kg/h.
