Product Description:
FUYUN GCL (bentonite waterproof geosynthetic clay liners) Waterpooof Mat is the low permeable synthetic membrane liner which is widely used for solid waste containment, mining and water containment applications. Gcl Waterpooof Mat is made of finest quality HDPE with specially formulated, virgin polyethylene resin, combined with specified quantity carbon black, antioxidant, anti-aging agent and UV resistance components, which make our Gcl Waterpooof Mat with excellent resistance to UV radiation and is suitable for exposed conditions. Our Gcl Waterpooof Mat is fabricated by automatic production lines and three layered pressing technology in accordance with GRI GM13 standard. Compared with traditional concrete, asphalt and compacted clay,Gcl Waterpooof Mat has proven to be far more cost effective, environmentally safe, excellent durable, chemically resistant, fast deployment and easy transportation.
1 Bentonite GCL is self-attaching and self -sealing to concrete or other construction structures.
2 It is made of a non-woven geotextile, a natural sodic bentonite layer, with or without a pe geomembrane layer, and a polypropylene sheet.
3 These layers are connected with a dense felter that makes the bentonite a self-confinement with controlled expansion. With this system it is possible to avoid slippage and the accumulation of bentonite as a consequence of cuts, tears, vertical applications and movements.
FUYUN GCL can be constructed under the negative temperature (-20℃), while the traditional waterproof material cannot, because bentonite is inorganic material having better durability than that of organic waterproof material.

Installing Note:
1, Before GCL construction, foundation should be inspected, the foundation should be rammed flat, no potholes or water, no gravel or roots or other sharp objects.
2, In the process of handling and construction, GCL should be to avoid vibration and impact, to avoid large degree of bending.
3. After installing and acceptance of GCL, backfill shall be carried out as soon as possible. If it is in conjunction with the use of HDPE geomemes, geomemes shall be installed and welded in time to prevent them from being wet or broken by rain.
