Product Description:
The material is typically anchored in a trench around the perimeter of a containment basin to provide the required pullout resistance. Cement should be placed in the trench extending down the inside wall face and along the entire trench floor, secured by the controlled placement and compaction of backfill into the trench prior to placing cover soil on the slopes. GCCM is ideal for containment applications and provides a cost-effective engineered solution for clients and consultants. It is well proven to save money against natural clay liner options.
FUYUN GCCM can be constructed under the negative temperature (-20℃), while the traditional waterproof material cannot, because bentonite is inorganic material having better durability than that of organic waterproof material.

Installing Note:
1, Before GCCM construction, foundation should be inspected, the foundation should be rammed flat, no potholes or water, no gravel or roots or other sharp objects.
2, In the process of handling and construction, GCCM should be to avoid vibration and impact, to avoid large degree of bending.
3. After installing and acceptance of GCCM, backfill shall be carried out as soon as possible. If it is in conjunction with the use of HDPE geomemes, geomemes shall be installed and welded in time to prevent them from being wet or broken by rain.
