Product Description:
1. The application and characteristics of the equipment
This product is a belt conveyor roller semi-automatic assembly equipment which with full hydraulic pressure, it’s applicable to the current domestic production of various kinds roller’s installation (e.g., cast iron bearing housings, stamping welding bearing housing). When working, artificial feeding, double head pressing installation, it could install the cast iron bearing housing, bearing, seal, dust cover many times. This machine is reliable and practical, high efficiency, suitable for mass production of roller.
2. Application conditions
This machine can be used within the situation of no dust and all kinds of corrosive medium. Processed tubes must be removed floating rust.
Main oil cylinder (see the schematic diagram): it is installed on the machine bed.The left oil cylinder is fixed on the left side of the machine bed, which can realize small-scale movement adjustment. The right oil cylinder can realize large-scale movement adjustment before and after. Main transmission part: the back and forth sliding of the rear oil cylinder is realized by the hand wheel.
Feeding part of left and right jacking small oil cylinders: installed on the left and right main oil cylinders to realize positioning, feeding and rapid return of idler shaft. The hydraulic station provides energy for the movement of the main oil cylinder in and out, jacking oil cylinder and lifting oil cylinder, and the feed speed can be adjusted.
PLC is the center of equipment control system. Its internal structure is high-precision and large-scale integrated circuit. Special attention should be paid to maintenance. Do not place in places with high temperature, humidity, vibration or impact. During transportation, shockproof measures shall be taken to minimize vibration. Do not use corrosive solvents to scrub the casing. Pay attention not to dropwires, screws and other sporadic items into the casing, and conduct regular inspection to solve the problems in time.
