Product Description:
The machine adopts hydraulic press fitting, which is a semi-automatic special equipment for the assembly of belt conveyor idler. It is applicable to the assembly of various (cast iron or stamping bearing seat) idler produced at home and abroad. The length and diameter of press mounting idler can be adjusted within a certain range. Manual feeding and double head press mounting are adopted to greatly improve the work efficiency. Generally, 700-1200 pieces are processed in 8 hours. It is economical and practical, and is suitable for the assembly and production of batch idler.
2. Applicable conditions of the product:
The working environment of the equipment is - 20 ℃ to + 55 ℃, where there is no dust and various corrosive media..
Main oil cylinder (see the schematic diagram): it is installed on the machine bed.The left oil cylinder is fixed on the left side of the machine bed, which can realize small-scale movement adjustment. The right oil cylinder can realize large-scale movement adjustment before and after. Main transmission part: the back and forth sliding of the rear oil cylinder is realized by the hand wheel.
PLC is the center of equipment control system. Its internal structure is high-precision and large-scale integrated circuit. Special attention should be paid to maintenance. Do not place in places with high temperature, humidity, vibration or impact. During transportation, shockproof measures shall be taken to minimize vibration. Do not use corrosive solvents to scrub the casing. Pay attention not to dropwires, screws and other sporadic items into the casing, and conduct regular inspection to solve the problems in time.
