geomembrane welding machine is high quality automatic hot air welding machine, it is of new design and technology, which can weld geomembrane of various thicknesses and are applicable for welding material such as PE, LDPE, HDPE, EVA, PP and the like. JIT-800 is allowed to be sold before strict inspection. It is extensively used in engineering projects such as expressways, tunnels, reservoirs, waterproof of construction and so on.
Motor drives upper and lower pressure rollers to rotate through reduction gearbox and chain. Slide carriages drive the hot wedge and insert it between the two base materials, at the same time lever presses pressure rollers and engages the two fused base materials.
Geomembrane Welding Machine Safety Regulation for Operation
1. Geomembrane welding machine has the features of: 110V (or 220V) AC, the max temperature can reach to 450℃ above, high speed and rotate pressure rollers. So the welding machine must be operating under the people who is experienced or after training.
2. The geomembrane welding machine is kind of handheld electric tool which with insulation class Ⅰ. At the construction site, the power supply must have leakage protection device and ground protection.
3. When using the welding machine in a humid environment, do not touch the metal parts on the machine, which can prevent the electric shock.
4. The surface temperature of heating parts on the welding machine can up to 450℃ above. So, do not touch the heating parts during the machine is working, otherwise you will get burned badly.
5. After finish the welding, do not touch the welded plastic sheet immediately. You need to wear the insulated gloves or let plastic sheet cool down completely, then touch it.
