Production Description:

Our high density polyethylene (HDPE) geomembranes is very low permeability synthetic membrane liner or barrier used with any geotechnical engineering related material so as to control fluid (or gas) migration in a human-made project, structure, or system. Geomembranes are made from relatively
thin continuous polymeric sheets, but they can also be made from the impregnation of geotextiles with asphalt, elastomer or polymer sprays, or as multilayered bitumen geocomposites. Continuous polymer sheet geomembranes are, by far, the most common.
It provide an impermeable barrier against a wide range of solids and liquids. They exhibit excellent chemical and UV resistance,impermeability, and high yield and welded seam strengths, which is widely used as the liner.(model according to the thickness of distinction, different thickness and different price) production capacity: thickness:0.1 mm -6 mm, width: 1-8 meters. It is suitable for seepage control in special industries, and is widely used for aquaculture, seepage control, reservoirs or sewage treatment ponds.

Application:

• Mining. An HDPE geomembrane can prevent contamination of water and soil by providing a highly resistant barrier to chemicals produced during the extraction of precious metals.
• Landfills. Highly resistant to hazardous chemicals HDPE has long been the lining of choice for this application. Used as either primary or secondary containment/ caps with or without GCL.
• Irrigation Canals. To prevent water loss from seepage of water for man-made canals.
• Tank Liners. Steel and concrete tanks are easily lined to prevent seepage loss. Also used as secondary lining under tanks in the petrochemical industries.
