Production Description:

HDPE geomembrane’s full name “High-Density Polyethylene Geomembrane”, have good environmental stress cracking resistance, low-temperature resistance,anti-aging, corrosion resistance, and the use of temperature range (-60℃ + 60℃) and a life of 60 years, widely used in waste landfill, sewage treatment plant, tailings disposal such as seepage control projects.

How to install in ponds lining and how to use in Biofloc system ?

Ponds:
Pond liners used for lining need to be protected from sharp objects (for example, stones) below the liner and from being punctured by any objects in the water body. Protection can be provided with layers of sand, geotextiles (particularly needle-punched nonwovens) and other materials. Pond liners are manufactured in rolls or accordion-folded on pallets. When deployed in the field their edges and ends are overlapped and seamed together. Sealing is done through thermal fusion, solvents and adhesives.

The edge of the pond liner is generally rolled over the top of the soil slope and secured in an anchor trench or it can be fixed to a vertical wall made of wood or concrete.

• Mining. An HDPE geomembrane can prevent contamination of water and soil by providing a highly resistant barrier to chemicals produced during the extraction of precious metals.
• Landfills. Highly resistant to hazardous chemicals HDPE has long been the lining of choice for this application. Used as either primary or secondary containment/ caps with or without GCL.
• Irrigation Canals. To prevent water loss from seepage of water for man-made canals.
• Tank Liners. Steel and concrete tanks are easily lined to prevent seepage loss. Also used as secondary lining under tanks in the petrochemical industries.
