Specification:
WDF produces mainly two types of aluminum honeycomb core: Micro-aperture aluminum core and Normal aluminum core.
Supplying forms:
- For normal aluminum core: unexpanded block form and is stretched out / expanded into a sheet on-site.
- For micro-aperture aluminum core (cell size is smaller than 2.5mm): expanded form
Supplied form:
Expanded or unexpanded.
Full blocks or cut slices.
Perforated or un perforated.
Corrosion treated or untreated.
Our aluminum honeycomb is adhesive-bonded of the aluminum foil, which produces one of the highest strength and the highest
surface-to –volume ratio of any structural material. Our aluminum honeycomb is made from 3003H18 and 5052H18 aluminum alloy foil.
