PU foam cored FRP composite panels are made of prefabricated fiberglass reinforced plastic sheets as inner and outer surfaces, PU foam
and core and high-strength adhesive bonding together under high vacuum pressure. The gelcoat on surfaces are FDA approved, friendly to food.
