Definition

EPS foam cored FRP composite panels are made of prefabricated fiberglass reinforced plastic sheets as inner and outer surfaces, PU foam as core and high-strength adhesive bonding together under high vacuum pressure. The gelcoat on surfaces are FDA approved, friendly to food.

Panel Composition

Skin - SKIN OF POLYESTER GRP with white gelcoat and protective film on gelcoat side
         Thickness: from 1,1 mm to 3 mm  suitable for contact with food products

Bonding - STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE

Core - Polyurethane FOAM

• Woven roving polyester available from 1.4 mm to 3 mm
• Non gel coated polyester available from 1 mm to 3 mm

• Standard available RAL 9003, 9010, 9016
• All other RAL codes upon request
